What happened on the day.
Morning
Each group designed a fictional organisation, found its real procurement problems and turned them into AI use cases. Technical coordinators then built working prototypes with the group in Lovable, including dashboards and data-analysis tools, tested on realistic spend, contract and invoice data.
Afternoon
Agentic workflows. A live multi-agent demo in n8n showed how AI agents can pick up incoming requests and turn them into structured work, step by step and in the open, followed by an exercise on which tasks to hand to agents and which to keep.

The focus
This lab is about agentic workflows, and the transparency needed to trust every step.
Plenty of tools today can give you a prompt and a polished dashboard. The next step is to look under the hood: understand how the output is actually produced, how each step can be reviewed, audited, and validated, and how a workflow stays useful once the demo ends. We'll build together and explore what real transparency looks like.
This is an experimentation session, not a vendor event, nobody is selling anything from the front of the room. We work only with frontier AI tools that are already on the market and available to you: Claude Cowork, Google Gemini with Workspace, n8n, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, applied to realistic spend, contract and invoice data.
Why it is worth the seat
If you are sending someone
Turn AI curiosity into team capability.
Send the one or two people in your team who are already curious about AI. Give them a safe environment, advanced tools, technical support and procurement peers. Let them build, test and learn.
They return with substantially better judgment about what can actually be done and how to approach it.
It is also how you develop and retain AI-curious talent. Instead of telling ambitious specialists to wait for the corporate stack to catch up, give them a controlled place to develop now.
If you are attending
Don't take another AI course. Build something.
You are not here to sit through presentations or watch somebody else demonstrate tools.
You work in a small group, define a real procurement problem, design a solution, build it, test it, and discover exactly where the technology breaks.
What you leave with is practical skill and judgment, not theoretical familiarity.
The format
Small groups, big focus
Work in groups of 3–5, supported by a KTH technical coordinator under signed NDA. You bring the ideas and the business context, they handle the technical side.
Isolated IT environment, zero risk
Test procurement use cases in a fully prepared, sandboxed IT environment, completely isolated from your company's systems. Zero risk for your systems and no technical background needed.
Frontier tools, hands-on
Experiment directly with the AI development tools shaping the next wave of procurement work (via technical coordinator), and leave knowing what they can and cannot do for your team.
